Introduction
In addition to completing assessments and providing advice for children, young people, and key adults, Find A Way CIC also offers ongoing support and interventions through direct work with the individual.
Skill development sessions
Target specific areas of growth, such as:
- Social interaction skills
 - Emotional awareness and regulation skills
 - Problem-solving and decision-making skills
 - Resilience and coping strategies
 - Communication skills
 - Self-esteem and confidence building
 
Therapeutic interventions
Address psychological and emotional challenges, including:
- Anxiety
 - Trauma
 - Stress management
 - Managing anger or frustration
 - Overcoming low mood/depression
 - Support with grief and loss
 - Addressing attachment issues
 
Behavioural support
Assist in managing specific behaviours, including:
- Reducing challenging behaviours
 - Improving focus and attention
 - Encouraging positive behavioural change
 
Cognitive development support
Aid in:
- Executive functioning skills (e.g., organisation, time management)
 - Memory and attention strategies
