Introduction

In addition to completing assessments and providing advice for children, young people, and key adults, Find A Way CIC also offers ongoing support and interventions through direct work with the individual.


Skill development sessions

Target specific areas of growth, such as:

  • Emotional awareness and regulation skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Resilience and coping strategies
  • Communication skills
  • Self-esteem and confidence building

Therapeutic interventions

Address psychological and emotional challenges, including:


  • Anxiety
  • Trauma
  • Stress management
  • Managing anger or frustration
  • Overcoming low mood/depression
  • Support with grief and loss
  • Addressing attachment issues

Behavioural support

Assist in managing specific behaviours, including:


  • Reducing challenging behaviours

Cognitive development support

Aid in:


  • Executive functioning skills (e.g., organisation, time management)
  • Memory and attention strategies
